Irish Sailing’s Racing &amp; Classes Policy Group (RCPG) is delighted to announce its second coaching webinar- “Sail like a Pro- easily applied High Performance strategies for competitors of all levels” 
 
The Webinar will be presented by Dr Kate Kirby, Sports Psychologist. Kate has been a consultant to Irish sailing since 2006, from optimist and academy sailors, through to Olympic level. She has supported Annalise and her coach Rory onsite at the London, Rio (silver medal) and Toyko Olympic Games. Kate has also worked with medalists from rowing, athletics, modern pentathlon and hockey. 
She is currently Head of Performance Psychology at the Sport Ireland Institute. 
 
The webinar will be held on Monday, May 22nd, at 7:30 PM.
