Sam in the City is a queer person who spent the majority of their adult life amongst the craziness of New York City nightlife. Between this and the want to provide Queer spaces in Dublin and in Ireland in general, Sam stumbled upon the creation of their Queer Open Mic Night. The mission is to continue to create queer spaces in Dublin and allow them to become hubs of creative expression.

Come to our Rainbow Traffic Light Party and FIND your soulmate, in friends (or more) by choosing one of our rainbow coloured stickers to reflect what describes your relationship status! We encourage everyone to dress so fully THEMSELVES. Whether that means Rainbow Realness or Comfy Collective Crew, we want it ALL. This party also coincides with the Sam’s Collective 1 year Anniversary, so come show a little birthday love for the collective and help us celebrate in style! ◆SAFER SPACES POLICY◆Sam’s Collective is a space for everyone to feel welcome and free from judgment. We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, unwanted touch, and discrimination. Always ASK before touching anyone at our events. If someone is making you uncomfortable, speak to a security guard or ask for a manager. We will believe you, and we will help. All restrooms in our venue are gender neutral.
