DLR Biodiversity invite you to be part of this exciting seed savers course and contribute to preserving our local seed heritage.

Discover the joy of conserving Dún Laoghaire Rathdown&#x27;s extraordinary biodiversity with specialists from Veri Connect ! Join us for an enriching Seed Saving course offered in two parts. To begin, take part in our Introductory Course, which will provide valuable insights into how Seed Saving can enhance your community&#x27;s ecological health and some practical experience of collecting seeds. Your commitment Introductory Course: 1 Online Session &amp; 1 Field SessionsDates: Aug 17th Online Session at 7pm &amp; 1 Field Session Aug 19th You can continue on into our Full course to expand your knowledge further and gain practical, hands-on experience. You will explore fascinating topics such as Common native grasses, Common native flowers, Biosecurity, and Rare Flora; and learn how to maintain your meadow including an introduction to Scything!Your Commitment Full Course : Introductory Course + 1 Online Sessions and 3 Field Sessions&quot;Dates: as above for Introductory Course + Online Sept 7th at 7pm and 3 Field sessions on Aug 26th, Sept 2nd and Sept 16th.
