A fun filled morning for parents and expectant parents

Hub Muinchile

The morning will events will have activities and learning opportunities including baby massage, paediatric first aid, attachment, play champions, importance of play and other child specific learning. We will also provide information to parents on the importance of self-care. We know parenting is not easy and we know parents who are kind to themselves and take time to relax and recharge have better health and wellbeing, are more confident in their parenting, and have more positive interactions with their children. We also want to provide space for parents to express their views. Connect with local partners and services who work with Parenting Cavan. Help us to learn what parents need in the area.
