Join our in person workshop where we discuss how we can each tap into our creativity to enhance our daily lives and improve our wellbeing.

The Source Library

In this face to face workshop, we will discuss how creativity supports our wellbeing and mental health. We will<ul><li>Explore what the term “creativity” means and the wide range of creative activities available. </li><li>Gain an understanding of the important role creativity has in enhancing our sense of wellbeing and improving our mental health.</li><li>Identify the potential barriers to creativity and explore ways in which we can build in creativity to our daily lives. </li><li>Start a creativity planner to help us get started, whether it’s learning something new or revisiting an old hobby. </li></ul>Who can attend?Open to anyone (aged 18+) with an interest in mental health and well-being.
