Created in partnership with County Wicklow’s Powerscourt Distillery, the exquisite dinner on Friday 2nd February in the resort’s acclaimed Barton Restaurant offers the perfect opportunity to celebrate Kildare's Patron Saint.The extraordinary evening will commence with an elegant drinks reception at 6.30pm. A whiskey-infused feast will follow featuring three courses plus petit fours with cannelés, all inspired by the patroness saint who was ‘dedicated to goodness’.Dining at The K Club wouldn’t be complete without exceptional wine pairings by world class sommelier Lisa O’Doherty. The evening will feature carefully selected vintages from Château Haut-Brisson in Bordeaux (whose wine barrels are currently being used to age Powerscourt’s 21-year-old Fercullen Irish Whiskey), while Powerscourt Distillery’s fine collection of whiskies will prove the ultimate partnership with selected menu items.This event includes:<ul><li>Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception</li><li>3-course menu with Petit Fours</li><li>Wine and Powerscourt Whiskey pairings</li></ul>Start time: 6.30pmPlease note: Guests will be seated on shared tables of 10.
