Brigit: Dublin City Celebrating Women returns from 1 - 5 February 2024 with city-wide celebrations honouring Imbolc, the Celtic goddess Brigit and all that she embodies.

With a background in artisan cheese making, Helen now works teaching people how to make cheese and butter at home as well as working as an adivsor to other artisan food producers. This workshop will take you through the steps of making your own butter while exploring some of its fascinating history in Irish Food Culture.Capacity is limited so advance booking is advised.
