The Award 2 Hurling Youth Coaching course is for Coaches who coach Children between the ages of 13 &amp; 18.There are 9 * 3 hour sessions to complete the course. Each session will look at a different element of the GAA's coaching framework which is called the "ÓTú Model". Each night will look at 1/2 components of the ÓTú model which are detailed below. The model is made up "How to Coach Skills Model" and the the 3 T's &amp; 3 P's:3 T's are Technical Proficiency, Tactical Prowess &amp; Team Play3 P's are Physical Fitness, Psychological Focus &amp; Playing Facts/RulesNutrition, Lifestyle &amp; Video AnalysisTalent ID &amp; Planning &amp; Periodisation The venue for the course is Barefield National SchoolThe 9 dates for the course are as follows:Night 1: Monday 11th March 6:30-9:30Night 2: Monday 8th April 6:30-9:30Night 3: Monday 13th May 6:30-9:30Night 4: Monday 10th June 6:30-9:30Night 5: Monday 8th July 6:30-9:30Night 6: Monday 12th August 6:30-9:30Night 7: Monday 9th September 6:30-9:30Night 8: Monday 14th October 6:30-9:30Night 9: Monday 11th November 6:30-9:30Each session will have a mix between the theory behind each section of the ÓTú model as well as a practical workshop element. The course is limited to a maximum number of 24 participants.Booking closes 11th March @13:00
