This event will start at 11AM sharp.Walk n Talk RathdrumMeeting Point : Parnell Memorial Park RathdrumWalking Leader Michael Keegan will guide you through a 2 hour walk for beginners. Michael is a certified Forest Therapy Guide and is qualified in Mountain Skills &amp; Outdoor First Aid. He is also an actor &amp; coach. He is looking forward to meeting you for a leisurely walk , some interesting chat and good craic.A bout Her Outdoors WeekHER Outdoors week aims to celebrate and encourage more females to get out and enjoy the benefits of being in the outdoors while bringing visibility to the opportunities for females to get involved in outdoor physical activity.This week is all about providing more opportunities for ALL females to escape to the outdoors and try something new. For such a tiny island, there are so many incredible outdoor activities on offer and this should be celebrated to the fullest!Although this event is free, we have limited space for participants. We kindly request that you only book events that you genuinely intend to participate in. No-shows and last-minute cancellations impact planning and prevent others from seizing these valuable opportunities.By responsibly booking and promptly canceling if needed, you actively contribute to our goal of empowering women in outdoor activities.
