There is parking around the area make sure to give your self time to find parking because it's busy on Sundays!

What do I need to bring ?

A yoga mat and potentially warm cosy clothes depending on the weather. A keep cup. Blanket for savasana. Cash donations will be accepted on the day in aid of Palestine

What level of yoga is it ?

Open level. There is a challenge for regular practitioners and modifications available for beginners.

Don’t let coming by yourself stop you. A lot of people will arrive by themselves and meet lots of new people.
