About this event

This hour long class will combine a mind and body approach to the treatment of chronic illnesses, anything from chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, ME/chronic fatigue syndrome, long covid, anxiety around movment. I aim to provide safe space for those of you living with chronic conditions to participate in a class at your own pace, encouraging you to constantly listen to your bodies. I hope to instill a sense of hope and confidence in you and provide you with direction in your recovery and/or management of your condition. I will provide you with easy tools to help you understand your bodies and symptoms better in order to pace effectively and move safely.
