A TASTE OF THE KINGDOM COMES TO THE MIELE EXPERIENCE CENTRE

Miele are bringing a taste of the Kingdom to the Miele Experience Centre on Tuesday, November 21st when they will host a sumptuous Christmas dinner cooking demonstration with the five star Sheen Falls Lodge.

Chef Tony Schwarz has taken over the reins of the kitchen in the leading five star hotel and he will bring his innovative style of cooking to the demo which attendees can recreate in their own home over the festive season. Attendees will pick up cooking tips and learn how to make the best use of their cooking appliances to bring a professional touch to this special occasion dinner.

Miele are also delighted to welcome Sheen Falls Lodge’s Sommelier Jerome Torque who will detail the wine pairing for each dish created. Guests will be able to taste the wine choices for themselves on the night as Jerome will offer guests sampling from a selection carefully chosen fine wines from the extensive Sheen Falls Lodge wine cellar that is home to over 10,000 bottles and 800 labels from 18 different countries.

This very special cooking demonstration is an exclusive opportunity to experience the exceptional dining at Sheen Falls Lodge when this piece of ‘The Kingdom’ comes to Dublin! In addition, guests will take home a gift of the renowned Sheen Falls Home-Smoked Salmon which is prepared in the hotel’s very own smokehouse.

Taking place in the live demo kitchen at the Míele Experience Centre Citywest on Tuesday, November 21st. Refreshments on arrival at 6.30pm, demonstration commences at 7pm.
