ADR 20/20 will examine the role of arbitration and mediation in resolving disputes.

This event is jointly organised by UCC School of Law and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Ireland.Join us on Tuesday March 3rd at Brookfield Health Sciences Building, UCC at 5:30pm for registration, light refreshments, and networking. The event will commence at 6pm. The panel session, kindly chaired by Her Honour Judge Helen Boyle, will host Mr Michael McGrath (Senior Counsel/ F.C.I. Arb) who will discuss ‘Court involvement in the arbitration process’ and Ms Alison Kelleher (Partner, CKT/ CEDR Mediator) who will present ‘Mediation from the practitioners perspective.’ The floor will then be open to attendees for questions. CPD points available.
