Advancing Women - 2 Part Workshop
Event Information
About this Event
Talented and successful women still face challenges in the workplace, from navigating corporate culture to the double bind and overcoming conditioning and negative experiences.
While women are equally capable and competent, their journeys differ greatly to mens. Equal doesn't mean 'same as'.
Female-focused training offers women the opportunity to explore issues unique to them, such as barriers to advancement and provides access to female role models. It allows women to build skills in areas where they may feel uncomfortable and at a disadvantage such as self-promotion.
In this two part workshop we review the latest statistics and research on women in the workplace. We challenge some of the myths associated with successful women and focus on developing skills in areas such as Professional Brand, Power and Politics, Influencing and Negotiation and Networking or Building your Coalition.
Delivered over 2 days, by Zoom, as follows:
26th January 2021 from 9.30am - 12.30pm
28th January 2021 from 9.30am -1.00pm
This is a highly interactive workshop and participants develop a personal action plan.
The workshop includes a one to one mentoring session with Dawn Leane, in the following week.
PLEASE NOTE THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR FEMALE PARTICIPANTS ONLY
