The "Aging With Purpose" event will allow participants to sample a number of activities, designed to help mature adults to move better
Tipperary Integration Team & Tipperary Sports Partnership is facilitating a fun event, that offers participants the opportunity to take part in a number of activities to support mature adults to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.
A qualified instructor will guide the group in a range of activities including Balance, cardio, and pitch and toss games. The exercise involves various body movements in a fun and friendly setting
