Join us for the Ardmore Cliff Wellness Walk, a rejuvenating outdoor event that combines breathtaking views with holistic practices. This event will take place on Saturday 25th May at 10:00 AM local time in the picturesque location of Ardmore cliff walk, Ardmore.
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Irish coastline as you embark on a leisurely stroll along the stunning Ardmore cliffs. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect with nature in a serene and tranquil setting.
Whether you're a seasoned hiker or simply looking to enjoy a leisurely walk, this event is suitable for all fitness levels. The timing includes time for Cacao, Reiki, Meditation, and Card Pulling, so we’ll be walking for approx 90 mins-2hours at a nice easy pace. Breathe in the fresh sea air, feel the gentle breeze on your face, and let the calming sounds of the waves wash away your worries.
During the Ardmore Cliff Wellness Walk, you'll have the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who share a passion for wellness. We will have some healing Cacao with its heart opening properties, and we’ll practice some Mindful Meditation. There will also be a group Reiki healing on this event .

Frequently asked questions
Strictly no dogs allowed on Wellness Walks. This is your time to switch off from outside distractions and responsibilities. And it’s not fair to other participants on the walk.
Yes there’s a public carpark at Ardmore beach or if you go through the roundabout towards the Cliff House Hotel, there’s parking on the left hand side of road before you reach the hotel.
This walk is on a marked path but some sections may be mucky due to the weather so walking boots are more suitable if the weather has been wet. Warm layers ( no jeans), rain jacket, sun cream and insect repellent if you need it and bottle of water.
This walk is suitable for all fitness levels and is graded as moderate. The Wellness Walk is deliberately set at a nice slow pace, in order to practice mindfulness and switch off from outside distractions.
Of course! Most people come on the walks alone. Some come with a friend or family member.
This is YOUR Wellness Walk and your space to have some selfcare. I encourage participants to turn their phones on silent and to switch off from all distractions. Everyone has their own reasons for coming along, and some may have very personal reasons so we will all respect each others space.
