Join Ireland's Autism Charity, AsIAm with FCI online on Tuesday June 11th at 12pm for an informative and supportive session on Autism. This workshop is designed to raise awareness and promote understanding about what autism is (and what it isn't) among family carers and extended family and friends.

Learn more about autism, gain valuable insights, and discover effective strategies to support loved ones on the autism spectrum and those that care for them. By the end of the session, we hope you will feel more empowered and equipped to enhance the lives of autistic individuals around you.

Please feel free to share details of this session with extended family and friends.

AsIAm is Ireland’s Autism charity. They provide evidence-based advice, resources, and guidance that the community can trust. Alongside this, they endeavour to make Irish society a more inclusive and accepting place, where Autistic people have the same chance.

All attendees to our events/courses/workshops may be contacted by a member of Family Carers Ireland team as we require information, to be held in confidence, for statistical purposed thus ensuring funding for future training, events and activities.

Family Carers Ireland is the national charity supporting the 500,000 family carers across the country who care for loved ones such as children or adults with additional needs, physical or intellectual disabilities, frail older people, those with palliative care needs or those living with chronic illnesses, mental health challenges or addiction.

Our vision is an Ireland in which family carers are properly recognised, supported and empowered. Our mission is to highlight the contribution of family carers to Irish society and to improve the lives of family carers throughout the country. We believe that no one should have to care alone
