The Ballina Pumpkin Patch is back! 🎃

After the incredible success of last year’s event, we’re delighted to welcome families back for another magical and wholesome Halloween experience.

This year, every child is guaranteed a pumpkin, along with plenty of spooky and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Take a stroll through the pumpkin patch, capture some unforgettable photos, soak up the autumn atmosphere and create lasting memories with family and friends.

Ballina Pumpkin Patch 2026 is proud to support Sunflower Children’s Hospice in Castlebar — Ireland’s first children’s hospice outside Dublin.

The hospice will provide specialist care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

When purchasing your Pumpkin Patch tickets, you will have the opportunity to make an optional donation to Sunflower Children’s Hospice. Every contribution, large or small, is greatly appreciated.

We are delighted to offer dedicated Autism-Friendly Sessions from 9:30am to 10:30am on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October.

These sessions are designed to provide a quieter, calmer and more relaxed Pumpkin Patch experience for children who may benefit from reduced crowds and sensory stimulation.

Opening Times

• Saturday 24 October: 9:30am – 4:00pm
  9:30am–10:30am Autism-Friendly Session
• Sunday 25 October: 9:30am – 4:00pm
  9:30am–10:30am Autism-Friendly Session
• Monday 26 October: 9:30am – 2:30pm

🎃 Tickets

Single Ticket – €12
Admission for one person and includes one pumpkin.

Family Ticket – €30
Admission for up to four people. Every child included on the Family Ticket receives a pumpkin.

An Autism-Friendly Child Ticket is €12 and includes admission for one child plus one accompanying adult free of charge, as well as a pumpkin for the child.

An additional child can attend for €6, with a pumpkin also included.

Numbers for these sessions are deliberately limited to help maintain a more comfortable and enjoyable environment for participating families.
