Battle Of Zen is a Dance Platform and Battle Event, founded in 2021 to bring together the Irish street dance and Hip-Hop community to celebrate Dance, Music and Unity. This Edition will have three battle categories 3v3 All Styles and U18 All styles and Hip Hop 7to smoke, Dancers from many different styles will team up and compete to win cash prizes up to 450euro.
Throughout the day there will be surprise Performances and some handmade goods from local vendors on the day. This event is family friendly and encourages people who are curious to Show Up! There is very Limited Capacity so cop your tickets FAST and don’t miss out. We can’t wait to share the space and connect with you. This is a strictly non-alcoholic event, but our venue has plenty of surrounding pubs to choose from if you wish to grab a pint throughout the day, there is also shops and restaurants close-by.
Important Information
- Registration for Dancers is at 2pm Sharp
- The event will begin at 2:30pm with Dancer’s prelims from all categories, 3v3 all styles and u18 all styles and 7tosmoke, where the judges will select the Top 16/8 from all the categories
- From 4:30pm the Top 16 Battles will commence
- The 5 Judges for this event specialize in Breaking, Hip Hop freestyle, Locking, House, Popping and Krump.
- Only 1 Bboy is allowed per team in the 3v3 Category.
- There is a capacity of 24 teams per category due to limited capacity in our venue for Prelims so please follow the outlined registration procedure below to secure your Crews spot.
- Each Dancer from all Crews must buy an individual ticket online, when everyone in your Crew has a ticketsyou must send proof of payments and the name of your crew/what category you will be entering to thompsonjessie855@gmail.com
