Bealtaine is Ireland’s national festival which celebrates the arts and creativity as we age.

Join me for a dance workshop and let me introduce you to Balkan folk dances - repetitive steps chain dances and no partner is required. I will run workshops in May on the 15th, 17th, 22nd, 29th and 31st, so you can select date(s) that suits you.

We will work on basic rhythm and steps, simple combinations and of course, some easy complete dances.

You will need:
* Clean shoes that you will use only in the studio
* Comfortable clothes that allow free movement (like any other physical activity)
* Open mind with desire to learn some folk dances and keep active

The studio is in Santry, D9, next to Omni shopping center – with bus stops nearby and free parking.
