Bernadette Cotter - HR Consultant
Bernadette Cotter has over 20 years’ experience in people and client services management, specialising in Human Resources Management. Bernadette has worked for one of the largest financial institutions and Not-For-Profit organisations in Ireland, gaining diverse experience in client management in various industries.
Bernadette has full Human Resources operational experience from recruitment to training, performance management, grievance and disciplinary investigations, health & safety, benefits and employee wellbeing for a high volume of staff.
Bernadette holds qualifications in Human Resource Management, Employment Law, Training & Development, Business Studies, Financial Advice, Front Line Management and Counselling Psychology. She is particularly interested in training, employee wellbeing, and conflict resolution.
