Beginners Training Day
Sun 12 March 2017, 10:00 – 15:00 GMT
This event is geared toward athletes new to triathlon or those returning to the sport after some time away. We will start off our day in the pool, and cycle and run the Try-a-Tri routes. We will also work through transitions T1 (swim to bike) and T2 (bike to run). You will leave with a training outline that leads you right up to race day.
More experienced athletes are welcome to attend – or, if you are available to lend your expertise on the day, please let us know by emailing email@example.com.
Please bring swimming gear, running shoes, and a roadworthy bike and helmet.
