What do I need to bring?

All you need is appropriate footwear and some water and you're good to go! We'll provide the frisbees. :) We recommend cleats for outdoors but can get away with runners. For indoors we recommend runners.

Is there free parking at both venues?

Yes, there is parking at ormeau park and at Shaftsbury centre.
