Bernard O’Shea is a distinguished figure in the Irish media landscape. He brings multifaceted expertise as a stand-up comedian, writer, content creator, and broadcaster.

Bernard has two published works, with his debut, “My Wife is Married to a Feckin’ Eejit,” achieving bestseller status.

O’Shea contributes a weekly feature column to the Irish Examiner and consistently delivers high-quality content across digital and traditional media platforms.

Bernard has lent his voice and creative insight to significant advertising campaigns for industry giants such as Vodafone, Lidl, The National Lottery, and McDonald’s.

He has made significant contributions on the radio, including co-hosting “Breakfast Republic” on 2FM for five years and “IRadio Breakfast.” He continues to enrich the airwaves as a content provider for The Ray Darcy Show and as a regular voice on RTE Radio 1.

Bernard has written, starred in, and produced the acclaimed RTÉ series Bridget and Eamon, Marty and Bernard: On the Road Again and Bernard’s Working Comics.

He is developing short and long-form scripts in collaboration with Shinawil Productions and Kite Entertainment.
