Looking for a relaxed and social way to get active?

Join us for a five-week casual jogging programme that takes place around scenic Lough Lannagh! Choose your own distance - we have optional loops ranging from 2km to 6km. It's a pressure-free environment to enjoy the fresh air, meet like-minded people, and build a jogging habit at your own pace.

Dates: These coach led runs take place on the following dates.
Thursdays 16,23 of May and ,13,20,27th of June

Meeting Point: Outside the front entrance to the Lesiure Centre @7pm.

Cost: €5 to register for programme.
Note: This is the total cost. Not cost per session.
