Strengthen, mobilise and pulse to the beat of uplifting tunes by the talented Vinyl Dj legend Subterranean Soul while the 360 degree visuals of the deep Atlantic ocean pass you by. An uplifting Pilates practice will be followed by restorative breath work and releasing stretches. This mixed level class is suitable for those with all levels of Pilates experience.
