Overview

This is a space to come together, breathe, reset, and connect with yourself

I warmly invite you to join me at our Breathwork Circle, a space to come together, breathe, and slow things down.

If you have been feeling disconneted, unsettled, or stressed this might be just what you need. The intention of this circle is to help you return to a more regulated state. Our nervous system can move very quick into fight, flight, or freeze without us even noticing, and over time we can find ourselves feeling constantly anxious, irritated, low, or numb.

This guided session is designed to help you release built-up stress and create more space in the body.

You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to feel and let go.

What you need to bring along:

-A yoga mat

-A blanket

-Water

-Eye mask

Breathwork can be a deep and sometimes intense experience, both physically and emotionally. It is not intended to replace medical care and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a heart condition, epilepsy, significant mental health concerns, are pregnant, or are recovering from recent surgery or injury, this session may not be appropriate for you.
