Breathwork & Meditation

Join us on the 30th of April as we gather for a guided Breathwork & Meditation session on Bray Beach.

Hey everyone,

I am delighted to be holding my first outdoor Breathwork & Meditation event this April. The event will be happening on Bray Beach. It will be a guided session of relaxing breathing techniques followed by a meditation to close of the evening.

I will be fundraising alongside my event for a charity called Cabhair. This charity is based in Bray and offers fast, free private mental health services to young people in need. I would be so grateful if you could get on board and donate to a great cause.

Anybody that gets a ticket emails will be sent closer the time of the event on exsact location, what to bring etc..

The evening is going to be so specail & i cant wait for you to all come along and enjoy it!
