Join us at Mitchell & Son for a sparkling wine tasting that celebrates the world of fizz, from the fresh and fruity charm of prosecco and the characterfull bubbles of Cava to the intriguing world of Pet Nat and the elegance of Champagne. And of course we will finish on a high note with a beautiful Rosé Champagne.
Each sparkling iwne will be carefully paired with a premium cheese sourced from Sheridans Cheesemongers. Discover how the right cheese can bring out the best in a wine, creating some truly delightful combinations.
Our venue makes the experience even more special. We'll be hosting and tasting in the Vaults at Mitchell & Son on Harcourt Street right beside the Luas stop, in what was once the iconic POD nightclub.
