Building Wellbeing Workshop
Join us and learn some simple ways to boost your mood and build wellbeing holistically.
What does wellbeing truly mean to you — and how do you create more of it in your everyday life?
In this workshop we will reflect on what wellbeing means to us. The workshop is designed to help you explore what wellbeing looks and feels like for you. In a supportive and welcoming space, we’ll look beyond quick fixes and surface-level positivity to discover how deeper joy, purpose, and contentment can be cultivated through small, meaningful shifts.
Together, we’ll explore the habits, mindsets, and values that support genuine wellbeing and gently unpack the barriers that can get in our way — like comparison, perfectionism, or living on autopilot. You’ll take part in guided activites, personal reflections, and open conversation, and leave with some practical tools to help you build more joy and fulfilment into your dailylife.
Who can attend?
All Voices Welcome! Open to anyone with an interest in Mental Health and Well being (age 18+).
