Cacao and Live Medicine Music

Join an immersive and transformative experience where you can connect your body, mind, and spirit to the universe through the power of cacao and medicine music. A journey of self-exploration and healing. An evening for cleansing, shamanic drums, grounding meditation, gentle movements, exquisite live music, and organic ceremonial-grade cacao medicine.

This is the perfect opportunity to experience native Mexican new-traditional music and the ceremonial blessing of cacao. We provide a safe and respectful space to explore the healing benefits of this delicacy and open up to your highest self.

Cacao brings clarity, happiness, physical strength, and mental focus. By drinking a cacao beverage that has been specifically prepared with healing intentions, guests can benefit from the food of the gods (meaning of Theobroma Cacao tree name) to help them ease the mind and open the heart to a high vibrational state, allowing them to sink into a deep and natural high meditation. This is a great opportunity to let go of the things that no longer serve you and tap into the creative potential of your soul. In this ceremony, we will share a cup of cacao, a traditional Native American ceremonial drink made from pure cacao beans.

Our facilitator Yaneli Meztli has an extensive background in Pre-Columbian Mexican ceremonies, chants, and meditation. We start with an opening ritual that includes intentions, song, and movement, followed by a cacao journey guided by deep medicine music. The cacao, sourced from South America, is organically grown with the intention of sharing a blessing that can be appreciated throughout the world.

The melodic experience of Xiuh is a unique blend of ancestral Mexico sounds and contemporary instruments. Featuring medicine music combining ancient rhythms, deep lyrics, and instruments with a warm new-age atmosphere. Born in Mexico City and based in Ireland, the duo of Yaneli and Tekpatl blend traditional Mexica (aka. Aztec) chants and percussion with breathy new-age vocals and downtempo beats to create a truly captivating listening experience.

Xiuh’s music creates a portal into a higher vibrational state, yet still remains firmly rooted in the vibes of the earth.
