Cantairí Avondale is an award winning, auditioned SATB adult choir based in Dublin, Ireland. We usually perform three concerts per year, and participate in choral festivals in Ireland and abroad. Since 1970 the choir has developed its reputation for performing an eclectic mix of music including a cappella, oratorio and early music, as well as new choral works commissioned from Irish composers. The choir are under the direction of John Doyle and rehearse on Monday nights in the centre of Dublin. We are open to new members and application details are available on our website.
