Description
Teagasc is an approved provider of CECRA training in Ireland. This training module has been developed for an Irish context and are now available for agricultural consultants and advisors in Ireland.
Communications/Client Relations | Module 2
Those who have successfully completed this module:
- Will be familiar with the basics of communication, and will have mastered the most important communication techniques, especially for the advisory interview
- Will be able to build and professionally manage relation-ships with people in their environment
- Will be able to reflect on, and continue to develop, their own perception/communication.
