Learn the basics of Celtic calligraphy. You will be using a broad-edge pen to create letterforms that are unique to Irish heritage and culture.

About the class:

• Part 1of the class is about getting to grips with your broad-edge pen and practicing the basic strokes on the sheets provided.
• Part 2 of the class is dedicated to designing a piece to take home with you.
• You will receive attentive instruction - class sizes are limited with your support in mind.
• Your ticket includes a glass of prosecco, wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage.
• All tools for the class are supplied and you will get to take a beautiful piece of work home with you!
• You have the option to purchase the broad-edge calligraphy pen you use at the end of the class.

About the venue:

• The Green Room at The Dean provides a private location for this workshop, where you are invited to relax and enjoy yourself.
• The hotel doesn't have official parking, but there is on-street parking in the area.

• I'm Louise, I have been using calligraphy to create gifts for friends and family since 2015.
• My classes are fun and relaxed - I like to create a calm atmosphere to put you at ease.
