Practice managers, reception staff, medical secretaries and administration staff in General Practice, Women’s Health Clinics and Family Planning Clinics.
Aim
To provide practice / clinic staff with the core knowledge required to support women to have a positive screening experience. The information session will include an update on CervicalCheck activities and discuss the important role that administration staff play in ensuring a quality cervical screening service is delivered.
