We’ll start with The Chaos Phase ✨ 30 mins of high-energy movement (weights, cardio, music) not about performance, just moving your body and getting the endorphins flowwwin 💃 Followed by The Calm Phase ✨ down-regulating Breathwork so you leave feeling Calm &amp; balanced🧘‍♀️ Everyone is welcome!!!
