Cheese 1 : The Soft and the Washed

This is the first in a series of cheese tasting events.

There shall be five tastings in total, all featuring cheese, some with pairings, some with comparisons.

The aim is that you taste amazing tastes and leave knowing a little bit more about cheese in all its glory.

An emphasis shall be placed on Irish farmhouse cheese but other countries shall not be excluded.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Proof of purchase on your phone is accepted.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes.
