Chocolate Yoga, Yes it's a thing! I know few people who don't enjoy the comfort & indulgence of chocolate, combine it with yoga & you’ve got a recipe for divine relaxation & exploration of the senses. As much as we’d like to take the praise for eventing such a winning combination it's actually an ancient practice. The chocolate will come in the form of a cacao ceremony a plant medicine from Guatemala. Cacao has been used for centuries as a shamanic healing tool rooted in helping to rebalance the energies within us, restore good health and open us up. This will be combined with breath work and slow relaxing yoga asana with an internal heart focus.
This Autumn Instalment will be cozy, warm & soothing as we shred our summer skin and settle into winter. The Yoga will take the form for a smooth Yin class working with the cacao to bring us into deep relaxation & awareness.
As we allow the cacao, breathwork & yoga asana to unravel our nervous system and open us up to our inner zen we can create a whole new experience that can come with us in our everyday lives.
