Do you ever find life can get overwhelming?
We might search for ways to bring ourselves to a clear and peaceful mind, but often, our thoughts and emotions feel too powerful to be ignored!
The busier we get, the more thinking we do, and the more agitated our minds become.
Perhaps our emotions go wild, or we are left in a state of stress and overwhelm, and so we disconnect from ourselves and those around us.
But what if we could find a way to calm our mind and connect confidently with ourselves and others, even in the midst of overwhelm?
Journey with us as we explore how the ancient art of meditation can help us improve our quality of life, clarity of mind, and emotional ease with which we move through the world.
Hosts

Irene Wunderlich
Irene studies and practices Buddhist teachings of meditation and compassion since many years, exploring the timeless wisdom of the Buddha.
