IT IS BACK... (sound of jazz flute or wind instrument of choice)! Relaunching after almost half a decade of hibernation, the Climate Cocktail Club is back in our adopted home of The Sugar Club, Dublin. Tickets now available and expected to go like delicious climate hot cakes - so book your seat or table asap.

You heard it right... the Climate Cocktail Club is back on and we are relaunching in style. Join us for a deep dive (and taste) into our broken food system, vison for change and intrinsic connection to the climate and nature crises. The WASTED RELAUNCH is partnered with GIY and curated by no other than Mick Kelly (yes, off the telly). Mick, alonside the "Broccoli Baron" Paul Brophy and leading global voice on Farming, Famine and Fighting Hunger Steve Collins.

Mick, Paul, Steve (and one more guest) will guide you through the truth and stark reality of what it takes to feed and nurture us. Expect cold dark truths, startling facts, inspiring stories of change and a path forward built around Food Empathy. As well as some clips from the RTE show Food Matters. So get your questions (and appetite) ready.

GIY will prepare a delicious array of Canape's created from food waste and local produce, with GIY's own Head of Food JB Dubois talking us through the delights you'll be feasting on. GIY will also support the creation of our delicious cocktail menu, curated by the Club's own Tom Popple, including WASTED Espresso Martini's (from waste coffee grounds) and Apple + Rosemary Collins (the latter from Tom's own Laois garden). All thanks to the support of our Official Cocktail Partner for 2024 Irish Distillers and our event spirit Absolut.

It doesn't end there - we have a rising poet providing organic-farming-inspired spoken word from his recent book "Four Season Farm" - we're super excited to introduce you to Jeremy Haworth (who will also be available to meet and secure a signed copy of his book).
