CloseTheGap is a group of subject matter experts, coming together to drive meaningful change in gender equality. Together we span topics such as the gender and pension pay gap, maternity and return to work, representation in unequal industries, and more.
About the launch
CloseTheGap.ie is a PayGap.ie initiative bringing together DEI professionals to focus on closing gaps for women. The launch will introduce a report on the state of pay in Ireland, analysing years of pay gap and other data.
