Coffee tasting at Groundstate Coffee Roasters

Groundstate CoffeeDublin 8, Dublin
Wednesday, Apr 8 from 5:30 pm to 8 pm
Overview

DCF Warm-Up @ Groundstate (20 seats): Wilder Lazo new harvest + a coffee chosen for a 2026 World Brewers routine. Limited spots.

This is the second session of our Dublin Coffee Festival warm-up week, and it’s built for people who want to taste coffees with a real story and a serious level of craft behind them. We’ll be cupping Wilder Lazo’s new harvest at Groundstate, featuring a table of his standout lots — Gesha and Sidra selections, plus a rare Ethiopian Sidamo grown on his family farm.

What makes this cupping especially unique is one additional coffee on the table: a lot that was selected by a competitor for their 2026 World Brewers Cup routine. That kind of selection doesn’t happen by accident — it’s usually chosen for a specific reason (structure, clarity, sweetness, or a flavour detail that holds up under pressure). This is a rare chance to taste that coffee in a calm setting, compare it side-by-side with the rest of the lineup, and talk through what makes it “competition-worthy.”

The session is limited to 20 people to keep it focused, interactive, and properly paced. Book your ticket now to secure your seat and get the full cupping lineup and timing details.
