Step into the near future at this engaging play set in a run-down television studio where android performers, called "actoids," churn out daytime soaps. Meet Chandler Tate, a once-celebrated comedy director now stuck in formulaic drama, and Adam Trainsmith, a young writer who discovers a glitch in an actoid named JC-F31-333—whom he affectionately calls Jacie—that allows her to laugh and feel.

Watch as Adam teaches Jacie the art of comedy, sparking a humorous and touching adventure filled with slapstick, farce, and unexpected romance. Comic Potential explores what it means to be human and asks whether love and laughter can ever truly be programmed.Comic Potential
