This workshop has been accredited with 8 CEU's from the NMBI and aims to support the nurse to develop and enhance communication and interpersonal skills in a variety of difficult situations and scenarios, including escalating patient care using ISBAR.

This workshop is for Mayo University Hospital Nursing staff only.
