Community Leadership - New Landscape, New Perspectives

The workshop is designed to engage participants in a process of discussion, self-reflection and self - awareness in their role as community leaders. Whilst at the same time, building capacity to lead their organisation/group successfully forward by being pro-active as opposed to reactive.

The focus of the workshop centres around:
