Community Resilience Training, delivered online over 4 sessions, helps people manage and respond to stress, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed.
About this event
This training will be delivered over 4 weeks, starting on Thursday evening, May 5th from 7-9pm and continues every Thursday evening from 7-9pm on 12th, 19th & 26th May.
Please note, this training is being provided for families affected by mica and for support services working in communities affected by mica in Donegal.
The Community Resilience Model has been used in over 20 countries to support and rebuild resilience in individuals and communities impacted by a crisis and severe stress.
The training helps people manage and respond to stress, anxiety and feeling overwhelmed.
A very practical, hands-on opportunity for people to build resiliency in their own lives and in those of their families.
Introduces six wellness skills that can easily be learned and taught.
Teaches how to read sensations connected to well-being and how to move back into the “Resilient Zone” after periods of stressful impact.
