Trade unionists, socialists & activists have come together to organise a “Conference for an alternative United Ireland”, to discuss the possibilities of eradicating the border and shaping a different Ireland in the interests of the majority.

The conference is taking place online on Saturday April 24th and will be a place of discussion for activists and campaigners to ensure that working class people, marginalised and oppressed groups are central agents to any constitutional change on the island.

There is a growing desire for an Irish unity that is not based on the stitching together of two existing states. The conference will explore the opportunity on linking Irish Unity to the need for the radical transformation of society ahead of a Border poll.
