4 week course - Consciously Creating Happiness

About this event

We are very excited to welcome John Madigan back to deliver his hugely popular Consciously Creating Happiness course for family carers.

The course focuses on what concrete actions anyone can take to create more Happiness and Wellbeing in their lives. This can be achieved by doing the things that were designed to do as humans. John will work through each of the actions you can take below and why they create good feeling for us;

1. Connect with people

2. Move your body

3. Focus on what interests you

4. Learn new things

5. Let go the negatives

6. Help others

7. Go into nature

8. Breathe

9. Look after your body

10. Grow

11. Find Your Meaning

The course will be delivered over 4 sessions starting on November 3rd at 7pm and running weekly until the last session on November 24th.
