Crawford's Farm Biodiversity Walk

Crawford's Farm is a certified organic traditional creamery and farmstead. We have a micro-dairy of Irish Shorthorns producing raw milk and dairy products and integrate a small number of bees, pigs and poultry into a holistic, rotational system. We are striving for a more ecologically appropriate symbioitc relationship between all our farmed species and between the natural biodiversity both above and below ground. On our farm walk we will meet the animals, discuss the ecological roles of the different species on the farm and delve into the different aspects of biodiversity on the farm in general.
