The CRC Empowering Change conference will take place in Clontarf Castle on 10th & 11th October with pre-conference symposia in CRC Clontarf on 9th October. This conference is aimed at medical and allied health professionals and those working with children and adults with neuro-disabilities. The conference promises to be thought-provoking and informative and will feature keynotes from leading international speakers in the areas of evidence based practice, ethical issues in neuro-disability, surveillance and follow up in CP, and, lifelong perspective of disability.
Parallel sessions will include contributions from a wide range of national and international professionals in the areas of: Orthopaedics, Upper Limb Management, Brachial Plexus Palsy, Feeding, eating, drinking and swallowing difficulities, Psychology, Augmentative and Alternative Communication. A further two parallel sessions will be run in conjunction with the CP-Life Research Centre on Adult and transition and Physical Activity and Participation
